- Validity: The warranty is valid for two years from the date of purchase.
- Scope: The warranty covers manufacturing defects only. It does not cover misuse, accidental damage, or any other issues not related to manufacturing defects.
Warranty Service Procedure

- Alternatively, you can reach out to Beautysook customer service for assistance with warranty repairs.

Problem Reporting:
- If you encounter an issue with your device, please send us a video recording clearly showing the problem. This helps us analyze and understand the issue.
Repair and Replacement Process

Video Analysis:
- If the problem is evident in the video, we will arrange for your device to be picked up from your address and sent to our local Philips office for repair.

Repair or Replacement:
- If the device is not repairable, we will, at our discretion, either replace it with a similar model or refund you.

Replacement Policy:
- Replacement may be with a similar model, not necessarily the exact same model.

Return Delivery:
- We will deliver the repaired or replaced device back to you at no extra cost. Please allow 14 working days for this process.
Additional Charges

No Issue Found:
- If upon receiving the device, it is determined that there is no problem, we will levy a shipping charge for the return of the device.
